The complete embodiment of fusion, she now harmonizes polarities by bridging the gap between eastern and western traditions. Dedicated in the service of others, both the art and science of healing has become her passion. Salila began her journey of understanding her life experiences and adversities by answering the call of her soul. By pursuing the path of a Yogi.

I have been practicing yoga for over a decade. Drawing on my own journey of self-awakening and growth, my classes emphasize breath work, meditation, and alignment-based asana with purposeful intention setting. I have developed lighthearted yet grounded yoga classes that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, connected, and empowered.
