I have been practicing yoga for over a decade. Drawing on my own journey of self-awakening and growth, my classes emphasize breath work, meditation, and alignment-based asana with purposeful intention setting. I have developed lighthearted yet grounded yoga classes that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, connected, and empowered.
